Identity confirmation

Every batch is run on liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry to confirm the observed molecular mass matches the theoretical mass of the sequence. A batch that fails identity confirmation is quarantined and never enters stock.

Purity determination

Purity is measured by reverse-phase HPLC with UV detection at 214nm, reported as the area percentage of the main peak. Our release threshold is 99.0%; the exact figure for your batch is printed on the vial and published on the Lab Results page.

Peptide content & net weight

Fill weight is verified gravimetrically on a calibrated analytical balance, with a sample from each run re-weighed after lyophilisation to confirm the stated milligram content.

Appearance & residual solvent

Each lyophilisate is inspected for colour, cake structure and particulates. Copper complexes should present as a distinct blue cake; all other materials should be white to off-white.

Batch traceability

Each production run receives a unique batch identifier in the format AUR-XXX-YYMM. That identifier ties the vial in your hand to a specific certificate of analysis — they must match exactly.

Storage & stability

Lyophilised material is stored at -20°C in nitrogen-flushed, tamper-evident vials with desiccant. Stability is re-checked at six-month intervals for any batch held in long-term stock.
